It is very rare for a character other than Optimus or Megatron to be released in multiple size classes, but once in a while Hasbro will choose one other character to remake and send out for the sake of squeezing a few extra bucks out of fans.
With that said, here is Leader-class Bulkhead!

Bulkhead's Vehicle Mode is still a green troop-transport. The leader one is much sharper and more detailed than the previous Voyager-sized entry; he definitely has a more "military" feel to him this time around. OF course, that could also be caused by the huge fuckin' missiles that Bulkhead now carries around with him for no apparent reason....
It is in this mode that we observe the first two sound effects Leader Bulkhead is equipped with: a siren blare and the G1 transformation sound (albeit slowed down a tad).

It may look close to the same, but this Bulkhead in Robot Mode has much better proportions than the Voyager-class one; his legs aren't nearly as stubby now. Articulation is also much better, arms have a higher degree of movement. Bulkhead's traded in his wrecking ball for a buzzsaw mounted in his right palm, which is a tiny bit odd.
Bulkhead, like Leader Megatron, has 3 sound clips: "Time for the big guns!", "You can do it buddy!" and of course, "Sorry- my bad!" Bill Fagerbakke's voice is used for the sound clips.
Leader Bulkhead comes with one extra little bonus feature....

The Headmaster Unit! This is the first and probably ONLY instance where one of Animated's human villians is brought to life in toy form. The actual Headmaster is rather empty; even more so than the plastic Unicron head which originally came with Cybertron Primus.
Clipping the Headmaster onto Leader Bulkhead will lock out the previous sound clips and replace it with a very distinctive call of "OWNAGE! TOTAL OWNAGE!" Which makes me laugh like hell but most others will probably just cringe at.
The Headmaster Unit fits onto Leader Megatron but does not change any of his electronic sounds. Likewise for Ultra Magnus.

I'm big on show-accuracy, so I'm very happy with Leader Bulkhead. He's a lot of fun and a great toy overall. But if you didn't like the first one then you probably won't like this one either. B+.
(Yes, he forms the damn chair!
